What Are Habits – How To Create Good Habits
What are Habits exactly? I did a quick ‘Google Search‘ to check out what Habits really are. I know what some of my habits are I know for a fact that I had and have good habits and also bad habits.
So, how do we create good habits?
Today I decided to talk about how to create good habits and share with you one of the worse habits that I have ever had and how I stopped it. My answer might actually surprise you.
Habits are basically who you are and how you perceive life and how other people see you. In other words you are your habits. The question is do you know what your habits are? Do you know what habits you need to change and what other habits you need to increase? Do you know that there are habits that you simply can keep, because you just like them?

There are many books out there that talk about habits. The first book that I read about habits, how do they work and how to create good habits and release bad habits is a book called ‘The Power Of Habit’ by Charles Duhigg
Another great book that talks about habits is ‘The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People’

You just have to remember that when it comes to your life, creating and having good habits can help you increase your happiness, your love life, your financial life, your spirituality and pretty much everything else in your life. Remember… “We are what we repeatedly do.”
